Three areas. One of them pays for the other two.

I like the moment an idea stops being an idea and turns into something a person can open and use. I taught myself how to get there, which mostly meant being fine with looking stupid for a while until I wasn't.

I build with AI and I'm straight about that. What I bring is the judgement around it. Who the thing is for, what happens when someone opens it already overwhelmed, whether it's safe to put a person's data anywhere near it. That part doesn't come out of a model.

Still early, in no rush to peak.

2021

Background actor, Kam Acting Agency

Four years on sets. Where I got comfortable in front of a camera.

2022

B2B business development, EIMS

Outbound across ANZ and APAC. Forty plus qualified meetings booked.

2024

Freelance, sole trader

Ten plus clients across real estate, education and creative. Fifty plus short form videos, and the first websites anyone paid me for.

2025

Board of trustees, Papatoetoe Intermediate

Co-opted to the board. Governance, policy and strategic planning for a school of eight hundred.

2025

Head of accessibility, NZ Model Parliament

A hundred and fifty delegates. Ran accessibility communications and trained a team of four liaisons.

2026

Head of accessibility, AYD, UN Youth New Zealand

An accessibility framework for the whole organisation, training for twenty to thirty volunteers, and the delegate app.

Now

Something Something Digital

Creative marketing and AI solutions. Internal tools, client builds, and moving the agency onto LLM automation.

2030

An NGO

The reason for everything above this. Get good enough and solvent enough to be useful, then reduce as much suffering as I can.

Do it or don't. Time will pass anyway.

If you have something you want built, or you just want to argue about one of the above.

Content

Fifty plus short form videos across real estate, education, political and creative work. Mostly shot on a phone, which turned out to matter less than I thought it would.

The reel is not up here yet. If you want to see the work now, email me and I will send it straight over.

AYD Delegate App

Next.js · Supabase

A conference companion for youth delegates, built trauma informed. A silent opt out lets someone step away without having to explain themselves. Nothing on it requires free text. Quiet room capacity shows live, so you know before you walk over.

Row level security on the database, because delegate welfare notes are not ordinary data. WCAG 2.1 AA throughout, 44px targets.

IRON

Next.js · Supabase

A training log I built for myself and actually use. Full stack, shipped end to end, from the data model up.

No accounts. A profile and a PIN, because it is my gym log and not a product that needs your email address.

readme.md

~/work/solutions

This is a desktop because the work is a set of things you can pick up. Drag the icons wherever you want them. Nothing saves, so you cannot break it.

Two applications

ayd-delegate.app
A conference companion for youth delegates.
iron.app
A training log I use.

Both are Next.js and Supabase. Both are running. Neither is finished the way a product is finished.

How they got built

I build with AI. I know the stack the way you know a city you have driven through a lot, well enough to get somewhere, not well enough to draw the map from memory.

The judgement is mine though. The silent opt out in ayd, row level security on the welfare notes, 44px targets, no free text anywhere. That part is not the AI.

next-one.wip

Empty on purpose.
